With over 30 years of professional cleaning experience, Marcy Porter is a trusted name in hospitality cleaning throughout the Flathead Valley. She began her career cleaning hotels near Glacier National Park while still in high school and has since specialized in vacation rental turnovers, earning a reputation for excellence and consistency. In her 40+ years of service, Marcy has upheld a pristine 5-star review.
For the past seven years, Marcy has been a dedicated member of the Columbia Falls community, where she continues to grow her business, support fellow local entrepreneurs, and deliver 5-star service to every client. Known for her reliability, attention to detail, and passion for creating welcoming spaces, Marcy brings a personal touch and decades of expertise to every project.

With three years of professional cleaning experience and over five years in business management, Chelsey brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to the team. Her professional background includes extensive work in Human Resources, business consulting, and formal studies in business management and marketing at FVCC, where she was an active leader and proud member of Phi Theta Kappa.
Chelsey's passion for building Highline Hospitality Professionals was born from her success running a thriving Airbnb cleaning business. She recognized the need for a sustainable, year-round hospitality cleaning solution. Alongside her business partner, Chelsey set out to raise the standard of hospitality by focusing on consistency, genuine care, and operational excellence.
